Inspired by our mothers, Maria and Isa (MA+I= MAI), who had cancer and taught us to find the blessing in everything. We discovered that comfortable and adaptive clothing can make a patient look and feel better. We created MAI We Care for the BRAVE and BEAUTIFUL patients who are fighting. We designed our clothing line based on our favorite pieces and adapting them to the patient’s journey. We started with having our moms during chemo in our minds, on the way we have helped athletes get dressed and undressed by themselves after an arm or elbow surgery, eased a nurses day with a geriatric or immobilized patient and even helped a friend or family member give a gift of comfort and care. Our inspiration is to help every patient dress with dignity and feel better.
