Delivery & Return Policy

Shipping time

MAI products love to travel fast as possible. After you submit an order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email within 2-3 business days. Please note we do not ship on Weekends or Holidays.

Inside the continental U.S. you should receive your order in 3-7 business days after the shipment date. 

Remember that delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipping rates

Shipping is FREE for U.S. orders over $100. For smaller orders, our standard shipping fee is $14.

International Shipping

We deliver with the corresponding delivery rates as listed below: 

US$ 20 Canada

We are currently not shipping  outside the U.S. and Canada. Please sign up for our newsletter and we’ll let you know when we do.

General

All orders are always subject to product availability. We work hard to keep our stock updated on our webpage, but if your order goes through and an item is not in stock, we will notify you and refund you the unavailable products of your order to the original payment method.

Damaged or defective Items

We want your MAI order to arrive at its best, but sometimes life gets in the way. If there’s any damage to the product on delivery or you find a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at help@maiwecare.com. We’ll work out a solution as soon as possible.

Return / Exchange Policy

We understand that purchasing online without first seeing or trying it on might be difficult. With this in mind, we gladly accept returns and exchanges, no matter the reason.  At MAI, we're here to help!

If there was a problem with your order or our products turned out not to be what you expected, please feel free to contact us at help@maiwecare.com. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (unless you experienced quality issues related to normal use).

To initiate a return or exchange, please send us a message in the Shopify message center or an email to help@maiwecare.com specifying your order number, the products you would like to return/exchange, if you would like an exchange for another product or a refund to your order and the reasons for the return/exchange.

Once we receive your message, we will evaluate the best options available and will contact you shortly.

 

Additional Information:

Refunds usually take from 3 to 5 business days to be processed.

We want to make sure that you love your MAI products, so any additional shipping fees will be on us!

Your opinion is highly important for us and help us grow every day! Please feel free to provide us with photos and comments on the products that didn’t match your expectations.

We will ship the exchange as soon as we get confirmation that the original product is on route, so please make sure the products haven’t been used (unless you experienced quality issues related to normal use).
